When crafting the Lillero experience, our goal wasn’t only to heal our guests through nature, but also through amazing food. It matters a great deal to us that our two restaurants, lilleB and the beach bar, aim to use organic, local produce and prep many of the mouthwatering dishes over an open fire.
You will hear the wood crackling, feel the heat flushing your cheeks, and sense the aroma of good food and good times wafting through the air.
Words aren’t necessary – let your mind wander and let the surroundings speak for themselves.
Our designated dining area offers a relaxed dining experience with a creative menu, if it is outside at the Beach bar or inside the tent at lilleB. Our chefs have created a concept based on local ingredients, vegetables and high-quality fish, served “family style”, so the whole table can share and taste everything.
The delicate, yet rustic dishes paired with amazing wines reflects Lillero’s unique location and beautiful setting. The meals are served in a casual and cozy manner – and we all so look forward to welcoming you!

Yes, you got that right. We’ve teamed up with the people behind formel B, the world-renowned Copenhagen restaurant with the longest-held Michelin star in Danish history. The founders are personally tied to the area around Høve Strand and their long-time employee, Lasse, are the executive chef who will be crafting little miracles at Lillero. The menu changes seasonally but is mainly based on ingredients sourced from local farms, fields, and fishermen.
All meals are served family style in a casual and cozy manner beneath the canopy – and we consider the collab pretty much a perfect match. You see, when crafting the Lillero experience, our goal wasn’t simply to heal our guests through nature. We also wanted to make sure our guest – whether they’re staying the night or just grabbing a bite – would get to experience delectable, wholesome food.

A fabulous breakfast sets the tone for your day. We’ve got it all ready for you so you can eat it when and where you want. Maybe bring it to the beach with a good book? Maybe head back to the tent and enjoy it in bed, or on the patio, overlooking the trees of the rushing waves. Now, that’s luxury in our book.

We love a good cup of coffee and do not compromise on coffee quality and our beans are always freshly roasted within a few weeks. In addition, we have the best snacks, specialty beers, good wine and great gin for a world-class Gin & Tonic. All these goodies you can get in our coffee shop.
